Reservations
We recommend that our clients stop using retinol products 14 days before coming in for a wax to protect the skin. Using retinol products and waxing simultaneously can damage the skin.
Courtesy Reminder emails
Our system will send you an appointment confirmation reminder via email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment and complete the appropriate forms via our online portal. This will ensure a seamless, contact free check in procedure when you arrive.
Late Cancelations & Reschedules
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Not doing so, will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the service.
Product Return Policy
All product sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left the spa or been shipped.
We stand behind every product we carry. If you are experiencing an adverse reaction to a product purchased from Spa Sophia, please reach out to us at spa@spasophia.com within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you personally to understand what's happening with your skin and find the best path forward.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at spa@spasophia.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
Parking
Please leave plenty of time for parking. There are a number of options available: 2 hr. metered parking on Abbot Kinney, free street parking on nearby residential streets, and a paid valet lot is available directly behind Spa Sophia.
Arrival
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow yourself time to park as well as prepare for your services.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as you can (voice calls on 310 564 6676 and texts on 310 742 1624). We will always try our best to accommodate you; however, we can't guarantee that we will be able to take you in late. We may need to reschedule you for later in the day or on another day, in this case, you will forfeit the 25% deposit for the missed appointment/s. If you choose not to reschedule, your appointment will be treated as a no show and you will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full.
No-Shows
If you do not show up or do not show up to your appointment with enough time for your therapist to take you for any of the treatments booked you will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full.
