Kim has been passionate about skincare and holistic health for more than 30 years. In 2014, Kim joined Spa Sophia bringing her holistic philosophy, and extensive skincare knowledge. A second-generation esthetician, she started her career as a personal trainer, which gave her a deeper understanding of nutrition for the skin. While working with Cher for over 15 years as part of her wellness team, she was always in search of revolutionary and healing products, treatments, and techniques. Her training in Esalen Massage and Gua Sha not only luxurious treatments but also ones that help identify and release overdeveloped muscles of the scalp, face, and shoulders. A creative at heart, her artistry extends into her facials! She prides herself on providing clients with effective, nonaggressive treatments for a large variety of skin issues including acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, and menopausal skin. Kim is currently writing her first book, dedicated to skincare and healthy living.

Sue is a passionate believer in the healing power of touch and believes it’s often overlooked as a natural component of the healing process.
Sue is a certified Massage therapist and Myofascial Release (MFR) therapist. She trained in Polarity Therapy and Ayurvedic Bliss Therapies and is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle counselor.
Her sessions are customized to meet the specific individual needs of each client. Her approach addresses the “whole being” by utilizing a variety of modalities to integrate a whole body healing experience. She specializes in Myofascial Release, therapeutic Deep Tissue, Ayurvedic Abyanga massage w/herbal oil, pre/post natal.
She revived her massage/polarity training at Hands on Healing Institute, trained with John Barnes and other highly skilled Myofascial Release teachers, Wise Earth Ayurveda and continues to study with skilled practitioners/teachers. She’s a long time yoga practitioner and loves spending time by the ocean.

Lidia is a certified massage therapist who has been helping her clients productivity and pain management for over 14 years. She received her Physical Therapy Aide Certification from Cal State Long Beach and her Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from Brazil.
Lidia’s diverse skillset enables her to help a vast range of clients feel better. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pre and Post Natal, and Sports Therapy Massages. She is also knowledgable in Neuro-Muscular Massage, a technique which delivers long-lasting pain relief, decreases stress, improves sleep, blood pressure, and circulation.
Her commitment is to fulfill all of her clients requests and deliver the exact pressure they desire during their massage

Gabriella is a Certified Massage Therapist, Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. She strongly believes in Body Mind Spirit connection and to approach any challenges or illnesses within the body based on that principle. Gabriella studied Massage Therapy at IPSB School of Massage in Culver City, California and Craniosacral Therapy at Life Energy Institute in Topanga and Pacific Palisades, California. Previously she studied other healing modalities, approaching future certification in Reflexology, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Therapy, & Lymphatic Drainage. She has also practiced Reiki Energy Healing for over 20 years and she is an authorized practitioner of the Quick Pulse Technique developed by Jo Dunning.
